HERE ARE SOME STYLE OF LANGUAGE USED IN ADVERTISEMENT:

1. Style Language: Climax
Advertisement: KFC
Sentence: "Jagonya ayam".

At KFC ad with the phrase "Jagonya Ayam" contains stylistic climax which means it is a style that uses something successive increasingly peaked. , KFC ad illustrates that KFC chicken is the most delicious fast food among others.

2. Style Language: Repetition
Advertisement: Milk Ultra Mimi
Sentence: "Tumbuh alami, alami tumbuh"

At this time the milk ad, containing style that is repetition, repetition is repetition of both words syllable or word in a sentence with the aim of giving emphasis. it is intended that the sentence is easy to remember and consumers will be remembered by the brand of milk.

Personification it self has a figure of speech that gives meaning properties inanimate objects with human traits such so that it can be and behaving like humans. "Sunlight clean ..." The sentence which is the personification of style, because it is an inanimate object such Sunlight soap to wash the dishes that seemed to be able to do a activity that is cleaning.

kinds of advertisement and advertising

This time I'll explain a little bit about the kinds of advertisement and advertising, after knowing understanding and example in the previous post I hope my posting this time can be useful.
After what that means, now we will find out about the kids of advertisement

A.    Types of advertisement

1.      Out-door advertisement: bill-board and message painted on the side of buildings are common forms of out-door advertising, which is often used when quick, simple, ideas are being promoted


2.      In-door advertisement:this kind of advertisement provide the best opportunity of putting over a reasoned selling argument. The advertisement are addressed to the reader, listener and viewer at a time of leisure when he or she can observe the message


3.      Non-product advertisement: this kind of advertisement is advertised from political parties trade fraternal and social group for the purposes of safeguard ideologies, social betterment and istitution

4.      Radio advertisement: it is a small business advertising, it can be a very effective means to attract customer to some business

5.      Tv commercial: is a generally considered the most effective mass-marketing advertising format as is reflected by the high prices.


6.      National advertisement: geographically speaking national advertisement range is extended to the territorial limits of the country, the advertiser use the national media to inform the consumer about the product, the advertiser use the national local or regional language but prefers the national language and it can be available in everywhere of country and easily purchased.


7.      International advertisement: advertising a product or service in a country other than where it originates


8.      Retail advertisement: emphasizes the specific retail outlet as the place to buy a specific range of brand, it can be local store advertising in local newspaper


9.      Classified advertisement: is a product or services advertising that appears in specific section of newspaper under the heading classifying the product or service being offered


10.  Local advertisement:any advertising placed by a company, organization, or individual operating in a limited geographical area such as a city or within a state



B.     When it comes to advertising your business, there are many choices and advantages and disadvantages of each. Some factors to consider in deciding which kind of advertising to use is cost and how effectively the advertising reaches your target audience.

Billboards
·         Billboard advertising -- traditionally the use of signs along the road to promote a product or service -- also includes signs used in transit systems such as on buses, trains and taxicabs. A disadvantage is that, unlike direct response advertising, it is difficult to calculate the effectiveness of this advertising media.

Coupon books, most commonly used to reach homeowners, contain individual coupons with special discount offers. Coupon books allow for the sharing of distribution expenses with other advertisers. A disadvantage is that you are competing for attention with many ads in the same book.

Direct Mail

Mailing ads through the mail is a well-established marketing approach with the advantage of targeting prospects based on demographics, geographic location and psychographics. Video advertising usually appears at the beginning or end of a video. Another Internet option is banner advertising where banner sized ads are placed on other websites.
